Swollen Thyroid Causing Intermittent Pain And Discomfort, Enlarged Breast Tissue With Watery Discharge, Elevated Andro. Treatment?

I am a male, 27 years of age. I have a swollen enlargement on one side of my thyroid , not a nodule, however. I have some discomfort and pain that comes and goes, mostly during stressful situations. I have enlarged breast tissue with a watery discharge when nipple is squeezed. My hormones are all over the map, with my andro being very high.

Dear Sir, Enlarged thyroid, with watery discharge from the breast, are suggestive of 1. High TSH, 2. prolactinoma 3. Testicular tumor. Regards!
