Swollen Tonsil, Sore Throat, Fatigue, Bloody Mucus. Reason?

my right tonsil has swollen up over the past few days, i have been ill for a week my lymph nodes are massive over a cm, i have had a sore throat, extreme tiredness, no temperature at all, at the start of the week i was really sweaty still no temperature though, i have just brought up some bloody mucus aswell, i now feel fine personally but my glands and the blood in the mucus worried me any guesses to what this could be?!

it could be acute sinusitis aor acute tonsillitis
the lymphnodes are reactive hyperplasia to infection of throat and sinusitis
post nasal drip can cause throat tonsils to infect
get xray pns waters view to get idea and treat
but for time you can take antibiotics for 5 days correct for sinuses and this will also treat tonsils
add antiallergic fexofenadine to reduce pnd of sinuses
add liquid antacids
apply neomycin h eye ointment in nose bd
sea water drops 2 drops at night in each nose to clear post nasal drip
continuse for 3 week
can add analgesic sos for tireness and fever if there
lymphnodes will go slowly after the infection is over
