Swollen Tonsils, Headache, Pelvic Pain, Constipation. On Medication For Herpes And Depression. Diagnosed Vitamin D Deficient And Pre-diabetic. Thoughts?

I'm cold to the touch, my tonsils are swollen, and I have a headache that is moving down my back. I'm on anti-virals for herpes, Acyclovir; and prozac for depression. My mood is good, but I'm worried about my symptoms. My clinic just did blood tests and told me I'm Vit D deficient and borderline pre-diabetic. That doesn't seem to explain the previously mentioned symptoms, or the breast tenderness, or the pelvic pain and constipation or the muscle aches. I have been taking quadruple the dosage of D recommended by the doctor since I was already taking 1000 IUs before and they told me 800mg should be sufficient. Any help, thoughts or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi, your tonsils are swollen, headache, You are on antivirals acyclvir and prozac for depression for depression, breast tenderness, pelvic pain and muscle aches.
Leave about the rest, now you are suffering with commen cold, and associated fever. I usually prescribe to my patients with such symptoms, amoxycillin, decongestants, and pain killers, for relief. Thank you.
