Swollen Tonsils Often With Holes In Them, Sore Throat. Should It Be Removed ?

Hi I am a 33 year old female with swollen tonsils, they have been this way for the most part of my life. I tend to get sick a lot.. my throat gets sore often, and my tonsils have holes in them, very nasty looking! pretty sure I need them removed but rarely do I go to the doc. (no insurance) normally I self diagnose myself lol... wondering if you think my tonsils should be removed, and also, around how much do you think it would cost without insurance?

You are 33 year old female with swollen tonsils for the most part of your life.
These all finding suggestive of recurrent tonsillitis , better to go for tonsillectomy. cost of tonsillectomy vary hospital to hospital and techniques. In my hospital cost of this procedure from 10,000 to 15,000.
