Symptoms Of Acid Reflux, Discomfort In Stomach. Did Endoscopy, Showed Ulcers. Taking Lanzap. Food Recommended ?
I have been taking lanzap 30mg for over two weeks now and I am still experiencing symptoms of acid reflux, discomfort in the stomach although I did the endoscopy which shows that I have ulcers developing. What should I eat or the best food to eat not to have these uneasy feelings especially at nights when I am sleeping which wakes me up .

you should take small frequent bland diet every 2-3 hours
avoid tea, coffee, smoking and alcohol
avoid too much of sour foods chillies and masala(spices)
