Taken Actonel Long Term. Red Rash On Stomach. Due To Detoxing?

I have been off Actonel for 1 yr now, and took it for 23 years, although now I find out the company said I should only be on it for 5 years. I now have a red rash on my belly and it is spreading to my sides and underarms, and top of my legs. Could it be from detoxing as I am OFF Actonel now? Also, I had another kind of 'sand paper' rash on my stomach, but it has disappeared. Could Apple Cider Vinegar help it all go away? Thanks for your answer.

As per your query you have the problem of red rash on stomach and is spreading to the sides and underarms, and top of legs.

As per the area you described the most common infection to cause the rash is by fungal infection. It is quite common to find the fungal infection causing rash over specifically groin area and the lower back area.

The added factorof heat and humidity flare up the rash as is help in growth of the fungus. Your medications has no relation with the rash.

For the betterment kindly follow the suggestion below:
- Keep your self away from hot and humid climate.
- Take two times bath.
- Wear cotton clothe s and cotton undergarments.
- Do cold compression or warm water compresses according to the weather condition.
-You can apply anti-fungal cream and take anti-fungal tablets according to medical advise.
Don't try to scratch or rub the area as can lead to further aggravation of the problem.
