Taken Lipo, Green Coffee To Lose Weight. Delayed Periods. Could These Pills, Periods Related?

I am currently eight days late on my menstrual cycle and a pregnancy test I took 4 days ago said that I was not pregnant. I have been taking lipo-6 to help me loose weight along with green coffee pills on a daily basis. I usually never have an issue, my cycle is always on time. Could these pills have affected my menstrual cycle?
