Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted infection, it can occur on its own or sometimes with gonorrhea but this should have shown up in your investigations if it was present.
The first line drugs for chlamydia are azithromycin or doxycycline. Azithromycin is a single dose of medication whereas doxycycline is used for 7 days. Both of these are considered to be over 95% effective in most persons. It is not an immediate response , it will take up to a few days to a week for you to feel completely better.
Some antibiotics can cause gastrointestinal upset. You can consider the use of an antiemetic with the anti biotic to reduce this response.
It is best to speak to your doctor before discontinuing the medication.
Hi It seems urinary tract infection, either bacterial or fungal vomiting must be due to the medicine given to you, now start taking good broad spectrum antibiotic orally trimethoprime sulphameth0xazole would be more better ( If do not have fix drug reaction, or sensitive to sulpha group of drug or penicilline ) along with this urine akalizer ( Sodium citrate ) should also taken drink plenty of water. Have nice day
