Taking Amlod/Benazp For High BP, No Fully Relieved. What Can Be Done?

I am 67 year old Caucasian male who was taking Amlod/Benazp 2.5-10 for hbp for two weeks. It worked, but I do I did not feel well otherwise, fatigue , etc. A after having stopped it on my own advice, bp is still in range of 105 to 120 over 58 to 75 after 2 weeks of no meds. What happened? Does the med take that long to leave the body or has it triggered my body to regulate bp itself.

hello good morning sir at first i advise u never stop bp medicine with yr self it may cause harm to yr body. consult yr physicin if u dont be well from yr present medicine . yr dr will change prescription, some time may happend that bp is not raised without medicine its not mean u leave the medicine. once u r diagnosed as blood pressure pt u must have to take medicine and control yr diet. u shoul avoid salt, salty food. oily food, fast food. ghee, etc. my humble request you just consult yr physician and follow his advise only.
