Taking BP Twice To Get A Good Reading

On taking my BP, why is it my first reading is high, if i wait 30 seconds and do it again it will read alot lower. my husband usually has to take is twice too, to get a normal reading

Blood pressure does depend on the variant factors like your physical status and will come down if you take rest.
