Taking Pramipexole For Restless Legs. Have Back And Hip Pain. Help

I have restless legs and I am taking pramipexole this does not seem to be working now a the condition is worsening.I also have back and hip problems and I suffer a lot a pain from these. The pain goes down my leg and into my right knee When I try to relax my legs dont want too and I have the urge to keep moving them. They also throb in the lower calf. I have been told by a friend of mine who is a physiotherapist that taking tyryptoline will help me is this true

I have studied your case.

This kind of pain is due compression of nerve due to spinal disc bulge.
Nerve compression leads to radiating pain to arm, which gets aggravated in a particular position.

You need methylcobalamine, muscle relaxant with analgesic by consulting doctor.
Here are my suggestions to you:
Avoid lifting weights

Continue neck exercises
Physiotherapy – SWD (Short Wave Diathermy), IFT (Interference Therapy). will help you
