Taking Tecta For Gastric Ulcer. Dizziness, Dark Urine, Back Discomfort. Side Effects?

I have been taking tecta for 4 weeks now for a small gastric ulcer. For the past 5 days, I have been getting progressively dizzy each morning after taking the pill and today my urine is a dark colour and i have discomfort in my back. I need to find Dr Ho's phonic # to let him know the side effects. he wants me to take it for 6 weeks, but the Canoe Ca says 2 to 4 weeks. I am also taking Amlodopine 2,5MGs.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Tecta ( pantoprazole ) is a most potent proton pump inhibitor ( secrets acid in stomach , which causes ulcer).
Dosage as follow,
For gastric ulceration as in your case =====4-8 weeks.
For duodenal ulceration =============2-4 weeks.
Side effects are many as dizziness is one of them.
Urinary frequency occurs .
This (tecta) don't interact with amlopidine , you can take it safely.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will reply.
Good luck.
