Taking Zoloft, Xanax, Adderal For Motivation And Constant Sleeping. Feeling Depressed, Weight Gain. Help

I have been on Zoloft for 10 years 100mg and Xanax 1 mg and now they added adderal because of motivation and sleeping constanley and I had add in school , Im 62 years old , my husband has tongue and throat cancer , daughter in drug rehab for meth. I need to work but I have a hard tim e getting up early. feel depressed and gained 20 lbs from emotional eating now

I can sense the plethora of psychosocial issues that you are going through. In such cases for better results, medicines has to be combined with psychosocial therapy and lifestyle modification.

I feel discussing the possibility of increasing the dose of Zoloft with your psychiatrist, regular psychotherapy with clinical psychologist should help
