One thing I want to make you very clear that whatever any body claim till now no remedy is there which can cure DIABETES complete forever.
As bitter gourd, fenugreek , etc only lowers blood sugar level that too ,if used in large quantity.
Statin as you are taking is lipid lowering agent so this in itself lower libido as this is your main complaint.
In my opinion don't take tension and consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion .
One thing I can assure you that you will be alright with a psychiatrist's treatment.

You can use food supplement male enhancers along with antacids and anti-depressants.
But anti-depressants have known to depress one's libido very commonly and if possible try to avoid the same or try to substitute with some other better drug which has lesser libido depressing effect.
It is common for everybody to have a little lower sex performance occasionally. When it is pointed out by your sex partner it will affect adversely and leads to pressure performance and subsequently to an erectile dysfunction. In this case wife also has to be counselled.
You can use better drugs to improve your performance after having examined by your Physician according to your specific needs and associated conditions, along with counselling.
Bitter gourd juice will not help you to reduce your sugar level. Increased blood sugar also leads to Erectile Dysfunction.
