Taking Antibiotics For Yeast Infection And Throat Infection. Burning In The Inner Labia Due To A Cut. What To Do?

I went on antibiotics and 2 days later I woke up with what I thought was a yeast infection.
I'm on my 3rd day of otc yeast infection cream/tabs and it has gotten Worse!
It has been going on for about 4 days(3 more days of antibiotics for a throat infection perhaps counteracting treatment?)
I feel like I'm being cut with razorblades on my inner labia and they are swollen to about 4 times thesize. I cut myself from scratching because its so itchy but it hurts so bad too touch.
And it burns my inner labia when I pee.
What should I do?
Any ideas what this is?

Hi,
It seems that you are having fungal infection and now super added with bacterial infection due to severe itching.
Apply antibiotic, anti-fungal cream locally.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole.
If require go for antibiotic medicine after consulting your doctor.
Keep local part clean,dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
