Taking Blood Pressure Medication. What Is The Drug Interaction Of Cymbalta And Instaflex? Suffer From Osteoarthritis And Fibromyalgia
Is there interaction with Cymbalta and Instaflex that increases blood pressure (since Instaflex has an anti-inflammatory ingredient)? I also take Benicar for blood pressure. I suffer from osteo-arthritis and fibromyalgia and am very active in my teaching positions (age 62). Thanks for any info. I would like to quit Cymbalta this summer, as I did with Effexor after nine years.

Cymbalta can increase the blood pressure in some persons , this is the reason the blood pressures before and after starting this medications are documented to note if any changes have occurred.
None of the instaflex products should be associated with an increase in blood pressure.
If your blood pressure has been significantly altered by the use of cymbalta and there is a suitable alternative, then you and your doctor may want to change it.
