Hi there ~

While there are many ways to test for drugs in your system, taking a urine test may not be the most reliable, as compared to a blood test. That being said there are various levels below which many tests do not detect a certain drug or medication. The opioid medication that you are using i.e. hydrocodone might not show on the examination if it is a false negative. I hope this helps. You might want to get a different test if you need to reassure yourself.

Take care and have a lovely day!
