Taking Medication For High BP And Cholesterol. Took Macpod For Rectal Fishers Disease. Increased BP. Advice
Hi I am a patient of High Blood Pressure and cholestrol, so taking a Olsar 20 and Astin 10mg. But in past few weeks i am suffering from a fisher disease and now there is a small bil in the anal opening area due to which server pain has been observed. Doctor has advice to take ALCO-PS and Macpod CV200. After consuming 2 dosage of this medicine, i have observed the increased in my blood pressure and my readings are 135/95. Can you please advice whether should i continue this medicine or not.
I.probably think you meant fissure in anus disease.
Fissure in another requires oral as well as local application of medicine. Stool softeners like Syrup Lactulose is required to keep the stools soft. Local application of local anesthetic agent like Xylocaine ointment at analgesic opening will definitely help relieve pain. Diltiazem cream is also beneficial- it's orally used antihypertensive which will be beneficial.
