try avoiding caffiene included beverages such as coffee tea etc.. cut down on excess salt and spices. try having a glass off luke warm water early in d morning with empty stomach. regular 45mins walk will really ,make a difference.. have enuough food after 30 mins of intake of pantaprazole tab.. if still persists u need to go for a endoscopy and biopsy to rule out other causes of recurrent gastritis.. also check ur serum amylase and lipase levels..
