Taking Prednisone And Methotrexate For Severe Arthritis. Poor Liver Function, Pain In The Joints And Stomach. Need Help
My daughter has had severe arthritis since she was a baby. She was on prednisone & methotrexate for about 17 years. She is 31 now and has been taking shots of enbral for the past 10 years. She has gradually been going down hill the past two years. She currently weighs 74 lbs. Liver function is poor, has a pain on her right side and joints are so inflamed she can barely walk. Help!
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. It seems that the steroids and the disease modifying agents that you are having are not helping you much.
