Tapering Off Adderall And Ambien. Feeling Tired, Sleeplessness. Need Rehabilitation?
My dr took me off (cold turkey), adderall & ambien. I have taken both adderall in the morning & ambein at night. Everyday for the past years. Its been a little over a week now. I have absolutly no energy during the day and cannot fall asleep at night. I end up taking about tylenol pm but that doesnt help either. I think it is awfully mean of her to just tell me no more refills. My main consern is not being able to sleep. Do I need to find a rehab facility?

As you were an addict of these amphetamines and ambein .
Now two way are there either wait for 7 more day or admit in rehabilitation center.
If you strong will power than wait . otherwise at once visit centet.
