Hello,
Long term tastelessness can be due to depapillation of tongue.
Avoid vigorous tongue scraping methods.
Intake of spicy foods has to be limited.
Take plenty of fluids,fruits etc.
Vitamin c,iron supplements has to be administered.
Please do visit a dentist or physician for further concern.
