Tear In Vagina During Intercourse, Tingling Sensation And Light Bleeding During Urination. What Is The Cure?

Hi, my name is Laura. A few days ago during intercourse with my spouse, I felt as though my vagina were being torn and I highly suspect the position had a lot to do with that. Afterwards, every time I urinate I experience an uncomfortable tingling sensation in my vagina, and have also seen very small amounts of blood during urination. I'd like to know what this means, if there is any way to help heal/treat it and how long it will take.

Welcome to HCM.
There might be cut or abrasions near urethral opening.
Sensations during urination is due to touching of urine there while passing.
Take proper local care.
Clean it with antiseptic soap or liquid,make it dry and apply antibiotic cream like clindamycin,fusidic acid to prevent the infection.
Take nsaid to subside pain,inflammation and promote healing.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Avoid tight under garment.
Get examined by gynecologist for for proper medical management.
