Teenager. HOCD Turned Into Bi-OCD. Depressed And Confused. Help

Hello, I am a 16 year old female who has been suffering from HOCD for 2 months, which has now turned into Bi-OCD. The thought of being with a women makes me so unhappy and depressed, because I have always only wanted a man. My head just keeps telling me other wise, which causes me to cry constantly. Is this truly a fear?
