Teenager. Height 5.4". Any Exercises, Nutritional Products For Increasing Height?

Hi sir,I'm 19 year8month.....my height is 5'4". Please give some suggestion about step up or any physical exercises or nutrition product....so I can grow my height up to normal people...I'm civil engiennering student and I feel very uncomfortable when I do presentation. People can't noticed me when I'm on stage .

All my relatives and cousins are tall about 6feet.
But I'm the only with short height....please take my concern. I'll very thankful sir.

At the end of the long bones (the bones in the limbs), there is an area that , during childhood and adolescence, is involved in adding new bone and therefore increasing height and length.

In most males the maximum height is attained by the time they are 18, most before this time. It is unusual for a person to continue growing into the twenties.

Though height is mainly determined by genetics, other factors like a healthy lifestyle with proper diet and activity is also important.

If you are one of the rare persons that can grow beyond 18, then ensuring that you are active and using a healthy balanced diet would help you.
