Teenager. Need To Gain Weight. Any Weight Gain Product To Be Used?

I'm A 19 years old very skinny and short lady. My height with my skinny body makes me look so small. I have tried adding weight to my hips with some cream but didn't work. It might be genetic that I'm so thin but non of my family member is as thin as I am and I desperately need to add weight. I Don't have time for exercises, I Don't even want to. I'm so fed up. Everyone says I'm small. I am thinking of getting maca root pills and also looking for a gain weight product I can use and get the best results without exercise. I'm 5 ft tall and I since 4 years, I've always weighed 39-41 kg. Please help me out.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
In order to gain weight, a holistic approach is required.
Application of external creams will not help you to gain weight. It is a mis-conception that creams help to gain weight.
There has to be an increase in consumption of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
Drug preparation to increase appetite has to be started.
Fluids and fiber should definitely form a part of your diet.
Besides dietary changes, light regular exercise should also be done.
You need to consult a dietician for planning your diet.
