Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the hip could be related to a muscle sprain or a ligament pull in the area. Proper warming up before starting the exercise will help in decreasing the pain.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
