Tender Breasts, Painful. What To Do?

Good morning I am a 38 year old mother of two, they are now 20 and 17 I have had problems for a few years with my breasts they are very tender to touch Even cupping them in my own hand is painful , I can t take of a bra for any length of time As they are so painful, I always thought that when the nipple was touched by your partner It shed feel good , but I stare at him as if to kill him as it so painful. This is age when many women get these symptoms.This is due to a condition called as fibroadenosis and is usually self limiting .It subsides of its own .You have to just take Pain killer drugs and watch carefully by palpating the breast yourself with flat hand to see whether there is no developing lump in breast.and squeeze the nipple to see whether there is no bloody discharge from the nipple.
