Tender, Red Spot Like Lump In The Centre Of Chest, Feeling The Need To Yawn To Take In More Air For Breathing. Connection?

Hi there, I m a 29 year female and I have a lump right in the centre of my chest where my breasts join. It is tender when prodded & is red in appearance similar to a spot. I think I have had this lump that is approximately a cm long since the summer. It doesn t appear to be getting any better & I am finding myself short of breathing and feeling the need to yawn to enable me to take more air in. I m not sure if this is in relation to the lump.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having infected sebaceous cyst giving rise to this problem.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Having short of breathing and other breathing problem might not be having any relation with cyst.
Ok and take care.
