Terrible Pain In Fingers Radiating To Arm, Coldness In Fingers. History Of Fall Followed By Pain In Back And Head. Ideas?

I tripped while walking. I,then, fell and landed sitting down. Immediately felt my back hurt, my head hurt after beiing shaken from the fall. This happened 5 days ago today. On the 3rd day, I felt my middle finger painful. Yesterday, the 5th day. the middle finger together with the ring finger and middle finger were in terrible pain. Then, they were turning cold and more painful. Pain radiating to my arm, at the middle. Not sure if it were a nerve or a vein/artery. What could have happened here? What can I do?

Hi, it appears that you have a fracture of one or more of the fingers, and block to the blood supply due to obstruction by swelling. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an xray of hand in 2 directions. Thank you.
