Test Negative. Have Bleeding But With Tiny Clots. Stringy Mucus Discharge. Chicken Liver Appearance. Treatment?

i missed 3 periods but tested negative and have bleeding after i got 3 months with not heavy but with tiny clots and stringy mucus bloid discharge and sometimes a 1- 2 inch chicken liver appearance of blood,im wondering what would it be?im on my seventh day bleeding but ny usual is 5-6 days and just spot when at 6 days but now i still bleed though not heavy but still passing some clots.pls help

Hi, it may be due to the infection or anemia, I advise you to consult a gynicologist for diagnosis and treatment .
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe hematinics, fluconazole, and cifixime for controle of infection and anemia.
