Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have lump in your left testicle with mild pain.
Most likely this is due to Epididymitis .However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified surgeon or urologist

Please get basic tests like Routine urine test and ultrasound scanning of the scrotum done to confirm the diagnosis.

Plrease take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti infloammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

Ensure to drink more water.

It should get cured within a week.
