Testicle Pain, Difficulty Walking, Seminal Leakage On Urinating, Passing Stools. Causes?

Hi, i am a 19 year old male and in very good physical shape. The past couple weeks my testicles have been hurting, almost to the point where it s painful to walk. On top of that, when go to the bathroom; whether it s to poop or pee, i seem to be having a leakage of seamen. It s not a pleasurable feeling when it comes out, but it feels like nothing at all and its making me concerned. Any thoughts on what it can be?

Hallo
Thanks for your query.You are having testicular pain since weeks.Is it associated with fever ?Most probably it is due to Infection of Testis called Orchitis As regard your doubt about leakage of semen it is not possible for semen to leak without ejaculation.What you think as a semen may be thick secretion of urethral glands.Please consult some Urologist and get Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and scrotum done to diagnose the reason for your problems.In the meanwhile take some antibiotics like Tab Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily along with and noninflammatory drugs.like Tab Combiflam Twice daily.
