Well i have a bump on both of my nipples im really scared and don't want to tell my grandmother. I want to know what it can be im 11 years old and ive had it for a while now. :(

Hi.. I would suggest you to check with a doctor.. Most probably, it would be a benign non progressing lump which would need not require treatment, other than monitioring.. Hope it is not any thing serious and the issue is no bigger than this..
