Thick Clear Mucus, Fleshy Substance From Nose, White Pimples In Throat, Puss In Crevices. Strep Test Negative. Advise?

Hi I woke up about 3 days ago with a swollen, sore throat. When I looked at it it see,Ed to have white "pimples" on it and maybe puss in the crevices of the back of my throat. I went to the dr, strep swabs came back negative so the blood tested for mono. I still haven't gotten my results yet and I have been blowing my nose and getting a thick clear mucus in the tissue. About 30 minutes ago I blew my nose and a very thick fleshy substance that kind of looked to me like a jelly fish? came out. It was thick and as I said flesh like. What could this be? Also, I've had no cough and my sore throat is almost back to normal. There is still a slight build up of that puss like stuff in crevices but this flesh like mucus and feeling of almost constant feeling of a "lump in my throat" is concerning me. Parasite maybe? It had connected spherical sections to it as well.
