Ciprodiol is a combination of Cyproterone and Ethinylestradiol and it is used to control excess masculin hormones in females which could be manifested by hairs on body (hirsutism). It has the properties of acting as a contraceptive drug but is rarely used in that respect. Bleeding between menses and in clots is typical of uterine myomas or fibroids which is common in women who have not yet given birth or those who have put to birth just once. When the fibroids are voluminous, it present with additional symptoms of lower abdominal pains, sensation of heaviness at the lower abdomen etc. They also are a common cause of infertility in women and their effect can not be under estimated. More detail evaluation however is necessary in order to get the exact cause of your infertility and exams done as well such as pelvic ultasounds, hysterosalpingography, serologies of chlamydia, ureaplasma and microplasma, speculum examination, high vaginal smears, temperature follow up and hormonal assays if indicated.
