Thin Colorless Sticky Fluid Comes Out After Masturbating. Reasons ?

i am 23 years old,after micturating , urine drips drop by drop for few minutes,and now recently i have noticed that after masterbating thin ,colorless,sticky fluid comes for few mins drop by drop .i dont have any pain or bloody discharge . its hampering me by not allowing me to concentrate on my other chores . pls help me ?
