Thin Skin Growing In Rectum, Holds Small Amount Of Hard Stool. What Kind Of Doctor Should I Meet?

Thanks for your kind help to people like me who are embarrassed to talked to our MD about issues like this
I’m a 56 yo women and for the last 6 months I’ve notice a long thin piece of skin growing from my rectum which causes to hold small amount of hard stool and released later as I walk laugh or cough I’m worry enough to get medical help so if you could please tell me what the problem may be and what type of Dr I should go to.

Hi, it appears to be the external piles, or prolapsed rectum, or may be the part of fistula which is exesting already.
I advise you to consult a surgeon, or a gastro enterologist, for diagnosis and treatment, most probably excision or repair surgery may be needed.
