Three Knuckles Are Sore To The Touch. Take ALA, Chromium Pico And Multi Vit. Any Advice ?

Three of my knuckles are sore to the touch, two on one hand one on the other. Not really swollen maybe a little. Has been about two, three months or so. I am a 40 year old female that is very healthy, always has been, a weight trainer and healthy eater. I take ALA, chromium pico, and a multi vit. Thank you for any advice
