Throat Infection, Pressure Sensation. Taking Allegra. What Else Can Be Taken?

Respected Doctor I am Yousuf from Hyderabad India, I am having allergic problem since last 3 months, A doctor prescribe me allegra 180, daily 2 tablets morning evening, After taking 2 tablets i am facing throat problem, nearly my throat pressing more than 60%, I stop the allegra 180 tablets, my problem going to double, one already allergic another one throat problem, first i want to overcome with my throat problem sir, please give valuable advice to me as soon as possible.

thanks for your query.
Only allegra doesn't solve the problem, add topical steroidal nasal spray like Flomist nasal spray twice daily.
For throat pain take any anti inflammatory drug like tab Chymoral plus twice daily for 3 days.
Avoid common allergens like dust, fumes, pollution, pollens etc.
Avoid Junk and cold feeds
Avoid smoking and alcohol

i think you allergy problem is increasing and may be involving other parts like sinuses or throat
the post nasal drip causes the soar throat
get xray pns waters view and consult ent doctor to treat sinuses
take antiallergic tab ebastine 10 mg once a day
to reduce throat pressure
add liquid antacid bd
it will also cover your other allergies but consult allergy doctor to treat both on allergy guidelines
