Throat Painfully Sore, Sinus Ache, Jaws Hurt. Why Can't I Swallow?

my throat suddenly became painfully sore, my jaw hurts, my sinuses ache. This is all only on my left side, right side is perfectly fine. It hurts really bad to swallow , talk, chew etc. I have a bright red streak along the back of my throat, looks like a blood vessel . I also have a cold sore on my tongue , but I beleive that is unrelated.

Hi. the infection on one side of sinus trickle down to the throat to get secondarily infected causing a sore. Try nasal decongestant drops and steam inhalations. You need a good antibiotic and antiinflammatory course. Good diagnosis comes from a CT scan and a opinion of an ENT Surgeon.
