Throwing Up, Stomach Has Contractions, Hurts. What Is The Problem?

Hi, I ve been trhowing up for 5 hours to the point where almost nothing is coming out anymore, but my stomach still has contractions and hurts a lot. Threw up water I just drank and ive pooped 4 times liquid.. whats the problem, what can I drink now.. im so thirsty?!

Hi...looks like food poisoning... take tab norflox tz twice a day for 5 days and tab pantop DSR twice a day empty stomach... also drink lots of water with ors sachets...take tab emset md half hr before eating to stop vomiting...
