Thyroid Tests Done. Anything To Worry?

my wife had a thyroid test her results were co2 level 31 tsh 5.110 creatinine 0.70 t-4 7.2 t-3 34.8 free t-4 2.5 this was in july she retested in october and her results were tsh 10.320 and free t-4 0.88 that seems to be a large jump in numbers and she was told it wasn't a big deal and retest in december she doesn't feel well should i be concerned about the test results

A TSH of 10.30 is certainly not ' no big deal '.
It needs to be treated, she has subclinical hypothyroidism.
Thyroxine treatment should be started for her, and then retest after 4 - 6 weeks to check if the dose is adequate or needs adjustment.
Untreated, there could be various risks to her.
Please consult an endocrinologist, and initiate the requisite treatment.

Thank for asking to HCM
In thyroid profile test, the THS test is equally important I usually ask for tsh test, here it is missing, instead the serum creatinine has been done which is not helpful in deciding the thyroid function test, it is better to get done TSH level, be in touch with HCM for further query after tsh done, Have nice day.
