Tightening Of Skin In Forehead. Having Arthritis. Applying Moisture Cream. Advice?
Hi, I am male aged 70 years. In good health apart from arthritis. For several months now I have experienced what I can only describe as a tightening of the skin in my forehead. It is driving me crazy as I want to endlessly massage it like it will losen it or to scratch it. Sometimes I think there may be a rash under my skin. I apply lots of E45 moisture cream which helps but only for 5 mins.
Hi i think tightening on the skin is morphea also called as localised scleroderma.it presents as bound skin over the areas like forehead.chest and extremites.use a antibiotic like althrocin 500 mg twice daily for five days and application of evion cream and vitamin e supplementation can cure the condition.sometimes short course of steriods works
