Tightness In Chest And Anxiety. EKG And Ultrasound Of Heart Normal. Are There Chances Of Heart Attack?

I had a very intense fight with my husband 2 days ago which involved alot of yelling and screaming. I'm feeling tightness in my chest right now. Can I have a heart attack? recent history _ i have had an EKG and ultrasound done on my heart 4 yrs ago . Everything came up normal and most of what I was feeling at the time was anxiety.

Hello,

The symptoms are due to stress and anxiety. I would advise my patients to relax and prescribe an anxiolytic drugs to for a week to easy her. Check for high blood pressure.
if the symptoms still persist than i would advice for an ECG and ECHO to rule out cardiac condition and advise consultation with a cardiologist.
