Tightness In The Chest And Shoulder, Pain In The Hand. What Is Wrong?
For quite awhile (off and on for months and months now) I've been feeling tightness in my chest and in the top of my left shoulder/chest area. My left arm has also been feeling verities of aches and pains. I've been feeling a bit dizzy as well. Whenever I eat I feel like the food is stuck in my chest and after I'm done eating my chest feels tight. My breathing feels tight but I can still breathe. I've also been feeling aches in my back too. Since yesterday I've also been experiencing what I feel is heartburn, This is all hard to explain, but I just need to know whats wrong with me.
Hello, Although there can be various causes for such type of symptoms but the most important cause for such symptoms is a cardiac problem like coronary artery disease. This is one cause which must be ruled out on priority. You must consult a cardiologist and get the required investigations done to arrive at the diagnosis. Once the cardiac cause is ruled out,you become safe. Thanks
