Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to Healthcare magic,

I have studied your case,

Do you had sweating ?,palpitation , chest pain?
According to your age and symptoms it may not be heart attack , it can be due to lung problem with cervical spinal disc bulge leading to radiating pain.
I will advise to go for clinical examination and investigations like ECG, x ray spine or MRI spine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
