Tingling In The Calf Muscle After Exertion. What Is The Treatment?
Last Sunday, I completed a 7 mile run and a 10.4 mile hike. Since, my right calf (I think it is my soleus) when I stretch or squat in a low position feels tingles or like old elastic where it cracks when stretched. I am signed up to run a half marathon on Saturday and am nervous that a tear might occur. What do you think caused this or is there something I can do to make this go away? It is not sore, it doesn't hurt, just when I get into that low squat or stretch I feel the tingly/numb sensation. I have been an avid runner for 10+ years and currently work in the fitness industry, so exercising that much should not have been an issue. Thanks!

Tingling In The Calf Muscle After Exertion. What Is The Treatment?
hello friend , Thanks for writing to HCM I have studied your case . For this exertional syndrome you can take muscle relaxant and increase your water intake so that contracted muscles will regain elasticity . PHYSIOTHERAPY will help in speedier recovery. Take calcium with vit D supplement. Get MRI done if pain persist longer. For further query contact my profile directly.
