Tingling, Itchy, Burning Pain In Crown Of Head With Red Spots And Tenderness, Shooting Pain When Right Side Of Face Is Touched. Concerning?

I'm having tingling itchy burning pain at the crown of my head. When I touch the right side of my face there is a pain that shoots to that spot. Also there are red spots at the spot. When you touch the spot it's very tender. Help is it a bug bite, spider bite ( I didn't feel anything bite me) or something else? Should I seek medical attention?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection on scalp giving rise to this problem.
There might be dandruff, fungal infection or dermatitis.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
After proper diagnosis, he will go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and bye.
