Tingling Sensation During Urination, Solid Balls Of White Stuff Coming Out. What Is This Disease Called?

I went to the bathroom about an hour ago. I had a bowl movement and urine. When I was urinating I felt a tingly sensation. I looked in the toilet and saw about 15 small solid balls of white stuff sitting on the bottom of the toilet. They were not exactly balls. They were just solid oblong shapes. No burning, or urge to pee. I am male with no std. Can you help me figure out what this might be?

Hi and thanks for the query,
This is a clear indication of a urinary tract infection. It is important to know the past sexual history lately. In case you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, it possible that this should be a sexually transmitted infection. Generally, what classically presents as such is Gonococcal urethritis. Treatment is through antibiotics. consult your primary care physician, abstain or practice protected sex and advice your sexual partner, if it is the case to seek medical attention. thanks and kind regards.
